These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Site Craft’s website design, hosting, management, and related services (“Services”). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Services Provided

 

 

 

Site Craft offers:

 

Custom website creation and design.
Hosting and basic security setup.
Ongoing website management and updates.
SEO optimization and digital marketing campaigns.
E-commerce setup and related consulting.

 

 

Details of each service are outlined in the chosen package (Essentials, Growth, or Scale) or agreed upon separately.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

 

 

Project Work: 50% upfront deposit, 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription/Management Plans: Payment is due monthly in advance.
Late Payments: Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received within 7 days of due date.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

 

 

Clients must:

 

Provide accurate and timely content (text, images, product details, etc.).
Secure rights to all materials provided to Site Craft (logos, photos, branding assets).
Respond promptly to requests to avoid project delays.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

 

 

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design, content, and branding delivered.
Site Craft Ownership: Site Craft retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and design elements used in delivering services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Hosting & Security

 

 

 

Site Craft may provide hosting and security setup but is not liable for downtime, server outages, or security breaches caused by third-party providers.
Clients are responsible for renewing domain names, hosting, and third-party licenses unless otherwise included in a management plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Ongoing Management Services

 

 

 

For clients on management subscriptions, Site Craft will provide updates, monitoring, and SEO services as agreed.

 

Fair usage applies: excessive changes outside scope may incur additional fees.
Major redesigns or structural overhauls are not included and will be quoted separately.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Marketing & SEO Disclaimer

 

 

 

Site Craft cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. SEO and marketing campaigns improve visibility but results vary based on market conditions and competition.

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

 

 

Site Craft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of sales, data breaches, or downtime).
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the claim.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Termination

 

 

 

Either party may terminate services with 14 days’ written notice.
Site Craft may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
On termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and services may be suspended.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

10. Confidentiality

 

 

 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, financial, or strategic information obtained during the project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

12. Amendments

 

 

 

Site Craft may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
